How CSV Imports Work
Use this page when your system exports spreadsheets or CSV files instead of calling the API directly.
- Download the template for the service you want to import.
- Do not rename column headers.
- Upload one service file at a time.
- Review the first 10 records in the preview and verify that values are under the correct columns before confirming.
- Upload Business Partners before Business Partner Contacts.
- Business dates should use
YYYY-MM-DD. - Date/time values should use UTC or ISO 8601 format.
- Boolean values may use
true/false,1/0, oryes/no. - List values may use commas, semicolons, or pipes. Example:
2,5,7or2|5|7.
Business Partners and Business Partner Contacts are staged for validation and relationship processing.
Direct imports are inserted after API key validation and basic payload checks.
